Since 1929 we've built partnerships our customers in the automotive industry know they can always count on. From our origins as a battery repair and servicing centre set up by Reginald Wood, right through to more recent times as an auto-electrical parts manufacturer, doing things well and earning customers' trust has always driven us.
We're still a proud and widely respected family business now, but we've also grown and evolved into the UK's leading distributor of OE and aftermarket auto-electrical products. Today, across three UK sites amounting to over 75,000 square feet, we stock over £5m worth of products.
We also export to 125 countries worldwide, supplying everyone from local garages and car enthusiasts right up to nationwide distributors and even global automotive businesses.
Despite this growth, some things never change, and that's why we've kept the Wood name and stayed true to our original goal. That goal couldn't be simpler: provide fantastic products and great service to make life simpler and smoother for every single customer.
