Orders with dispatch values under £100.00 will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 and will be sent on a next-day delivery service. Please note this is not guaranteed and items can take up until 5pm to be delivered the following business day. Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore Destinations are a two-day delivery service. Our preferred carrier is currently DPD (previously known as Parceline). Collections are also made daily by DHL, Parcelforce, TNT, and Royal Mail. Orders weighing under 1kg will normally be shipped via first class mail.

5pm Order Cutoff

It is our aim to despatch all orders placed upto 5pm on the same day via our preferred carrier. Please note that alternative carriers may have an earlier daily cut-off time.

Free Delivery

Deliveries with dispatch values over £100.00 will be sent carriage paid on a next-day delivery service.

Products weighing over 30kg

Individual products weighing over 30kg cannot normally be dispatched via a next-day parcel service. We reserve the right to make an additional charge when shipping these heavy items.

Premium Delivery Services

The following premium delivery services are available through DPD (Parceline):

Multiple Orders

Wood Auto reserves the right to make an additional delivery charge for multiple orders delivered to the same location. We will always endeavour to consolidate shipments, but this is not always possible if your earlier order has already been processed and packed.

Returns Policy

All goods returned to Wood Auto must be supplied with the Wood Auto order number, full customer details, and the reason for the return of goods. Failure to provide these details could result in a significant delay in processing your returns.

Faulty Products

If products are believed to be faulty, please provide a full description of the fault. Wood Auto reserves the right to test all returned products before issuing a credit. Customers will be notified if a product is not found to be faulty and offered the option of having the product returned to them. Wood Auto reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed products after 28 days.

Incorrectly Supplied Products

If products are believed to be incorrectly supplied, please provide a full description of the OE reference you are looking to replace. If no information is supplied and the products have been fitted, then Wood Auto reserves the right to make a handling charge of upto 25% of the goods value to cover the cost of testing and repackaging for returning the item into stock.

No Longer Required Products

We will happily accept back products which are no longer required within 28 days of purchase provided they have not been fitted and returned in a resalable condition. If these conditions are not met, Wood Auto reserves the right to make a handling charge of upto 25% of the goods value to cover the cost of testing and repackaging for returning the item into stock.

Bespoke Products and Special Orders

We are unable to accept products returned back to us if they have been specifically manufactured or ordered in and they are no longer required.


Certain goods are sold on an exchange basis. These items are highlighted in the price list (*) and shown online.


All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects due to faulty material or workmanship. This does not extend to defects caused by wear and tear, neglect, or accident. This guarantee does not cover consequential damage, costs, or injury howsoever caused.


We offer a rewind and repair service for units and components not listed in the catalogues. When submitting the product via a representative or carrier, please include all relevant references and applications. Wood Auto is not responsible for insuring the goods against loss or damage in transit.

Reservation of Title

The passing of the legal and beneficial ownership shall remain with Wood Auto until full payment for the goods has been made. Until ownership passes, the buyer shall hold the goods as bailee for Wood Auto and shall at all times remain accountable to Wood Auto on a fiduciary basis in respect of the goods or the proceeds of the sale of the goods until payment in full has been made to Wood Auto.

Wood Auto and its associated companies shall be entitled to repossess all goods not paid for in any sum due in respect of goods which remain unpaid by the due date. Wood Auto and its associated companies may enter upon the premises of the buyer to repossess such goods.


All prices are in GBP Pounds Sterling and exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior written warning. Quotations do not constitute an offer and shall not be binding until an order has been placed and accepted.

Statutory Rights

All orders whether oral or written are subject to these terms but nothing in these terms shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of the Buyer.
